We are looking for a personality who not only thinks strategically about AI & Data, but also brings it into the company and creates a measurable impact. 
As Head of AI & Data (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for the further development of AI, data and digital solutions within the Eberhardt Service Group. You combine corporate strategy, operational processes and technology and use them to develop concrete solutions that work in everyday life:

• You develop the AI and data strategy of the Eberhardt Service Group together with the management and translate it into a clear roadmap and concrete measures.
• You analyze existing processes together with the departments and identify potential for AI, data, digitalization and automation.
• You evaluate, prioritize and control AI and data initiatives according to benefits, effort, risk, profitability and scalability - from the idea to the successful one Implementation.
Data structures, Governance and standards for a secure, responsible and scalable use of AI and data, taking data protection, information security and regulatory requirements into account.
• You make the benefits of AI and data measurable, develop business cases and KPIs and ensure that successful solutions make a concrete contribution to efficiency, quality, productivity and corporate development.
• You lead and develop the AI & Data team, further expand the corresponding competencies in the company and work closely with management, managers and departments together.

• Completed studies, e.g. B. in business informatics, computer science, data science, AI or a comparable area - alternatively a comparable practical qualification. 
• Several years of experience in AI, data, digitalization, automation or technology. 
• Experience in the development and implementation of AI/Data strategies and concrete use cases. 
• Experience in leading teams and/or larger projects as well as being responsible for budgets and resources. 
• Demonstrated experience building, launching and scaling digital, AI or data solutions. 
• Understanding of Claude, Python, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and automation. 
• Good knowledge of Data Governance, data platforms, analytics and data quality.
• Ideally experience with systems such as SAP BO or ELO. 
• Experience with cloud and AI platforms, ideally in the Microsoft environment
• Understanding of the entire AI lifecycle - from the idea to pilots to productive operation. 
• Experience with business cases, ROI considerations and the economic evaluation of technology. 
• Basic understanding of modern IT and Microsoft environments. 
• Strong communication skills: You can talk to management about strategy and investments, to operational managers about processes, and to technical specialists about architecture, data and AI. 
• Experience in change management and in building AI/data competencies in specialist areas that are new to these topics. 
• Very good knowledge of German (C2) and good knowledge of English (B2)
