Department:  Information Technologies Service:  IT Administration & Support  Your missions As an IAM Operations Agent, you will be responsible for managing identities and access (IAM) and privileged access (PAM) on a daily basis. Your main responsibilities are as follows: Management of privileged access (PAM) and operational management of the PAM solution Management of Conditional Access policies in EntraID Identity and access management (IAM) Implementation of access requests Implementation of access rights in new applications Management of technical accounts Management of multi-factor authentications Management of keys and certificates (PKI), IT secrets Pilot the review of access, to recertify that the access given is always correct Participate in Bank reorganizations for changes in access rights Advise on “IT Security” aspects to other IT departments during “IT Risk Assessments” Carry out security controls Qualifications required Holder of at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC +3) in the field of IT Professional experience in the field of systems and access security management is an asset Experience with directories on-premise and Cloud, and IGA and PAM solutions, specifically Entra ID and Conditional Access Fluency in French and English languages; knowledge of the Luxembourgish language constitutes an advantage Technical skills The acquisition of these skills can, on the basis of demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out through the supervision and training offered by the Bank during the taking up of the position and the integration period.
