We are looking for an ICT development manager for artificial intelligence software development (Lead AI Software Engineer), a practically leading AI software engineer to take technical lead responsibility for demanding AI solutions. You will join in the early stages of our AI capabilities and influence what kind of solutions and know-how are created around us. This is the place of a builder and technical responsibility bearer, where your work can be seen in the daily lives of thousands of professionals. What can you do? you design and build demanding AI-based software solutions, services and agents and take them from idea and prototype to production you are responsible for software architecture, interfaces, testability, performance, maintainability, monitoring and technical life cycle you combine AI models, the organization's data and background systems into secure and scalable application entities you make technology and implementation choices and build development, testing, you build publishing and production practices yourself, you lead by technical example, you evaluate implementation solutions and you spar and mentor developers you take technical responsibility for production solutions in the initial stages and you develop them based on user experience and production knowledge you build AI development capability, you evaluate technologies and you actively acquire the necessary know-how. We expect from you: strong recent experience in software development and the independent design, implementation and export of software solutions that require evidence practical experience in the development of software solutions utilizing generative artificial intelligence strong Python skills and experience in API development, system integrations, Git and modern software development experience in technical responsibility and making or preparing architecture and technology choices experience in building and exporting cloud software to production and readiness to work in a Microsoft Azure environment an understanding of the testability, information security, performance, monitoring and maintainability of production software, the ability to take over new technologies and problem sets, lead technical work, justify solutions and share knowledge. Your background can also be from a similar environment if you have strong knowledge of cloud software development and the ability to adopt new technologies quickly. In addition, we value: experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI service experience with AI agents, RAG architectures, vector searches and MCP experience with software development of applications utilizing generative artificial intelligence, AI agents or multi-phase AI workflows with, for example, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph or similar technologies experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices as well as management of AI solutions for export to production and production team experience with AI solutions in quality assessment and measurement, experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform or other Microsoft AI and automation technologies.
