 The QA Automation Engineer will join the quality team for an enterprise advertising management platform, with a monorepo that groups more than 12 applications within the product ecosystem. We seek to strengthen the quality strategy, promote test automation, integrate CI/CD pipelines and explore AI tools applied to testing for early error detection. We will work with development, architecture and DevOps to define quality standards, expand test coverage and ensure stability in frequent deployments.

• 3 or more years of experience in software development, of which at least 2 in software design or architecture.
• Solid experience with Next.js, React and TypeScript in real projects.
• Experience with Python (Flask) in backend or services, with pandas and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in modular architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, clean code and code review.
• Have refactored or restructured an existing application.
• Ability to guide and accompany less technical profiles.
• Reside in Santiago and availability to attend the office in Estación Central at least 3 days a week.
• Availability to enter on Monday, November 2.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with experience in Next.js and Python for the digital business area of ​​a leading group in the automotive sector in Chile. The team already has a customer service application up and running, developed with AI support, and the challenge is to give it a solid engineering foundation: define a modular architecture, organize the code with good practices and guide the team. The role is 70% development and 30% architecture, in a 6-month project with immediate entry.

• Review the current application (Next.js / Python) and diagnose technical debt, risks and priorities.
• Define and apply a modular architecture: separation of layers, responsibilities and dependencies.
• Refactor and establish standards: design patterns, SOLID principles, clean code and error handling.
• Develop new functionalities in Next.js + React + TypeScript and services in Python + Flask with PostgreSQL.
• Establish team practices: Git, code review, automated testing and CI/CD.
• Guide and accompany the team in good engineering practices and judiciously review the code generated with AI.
• Document the architecture and technical decisions.

Conditions:

• Hybrid modality: minimum 3 days in person at offices in Estación Central (Santiago).
• Hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• 6 month project with the possibility of extension.
