Desirable Profession and Experience

Academic Training:

• Professional Title: Civil Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Execution Engineering, Computer Science or related careers. Postgraduate degrees, certifications or verifiable track record in Software Architecture, Cloud, Information Security or Applied Artificial Intelligence will be valued.

Work Experience:

• General Experience: Minimum 5+ years of work experience in software development, with at least 3 years in Senior roles designing, maintaining and integrating APIs in production.
• Relevant Track Record: Experience in mission-critical projects, ecosystems high-traffic transactional, fintech, medtech or heterogeneous systems integration (legacy + modern).
• Solid backend experience with Python, Flask/Flask-RESTful and SQLAlchemy. Frontend experience with HTML/TypeScript/JavaScript and jQuery; Additional experience with modern frameworks (Vue, React) is valued as a plus, not as the basis of the current stack.
• Management of Oracle and MySQL, including parameterized queries and SQL injection prevention.
• Implementation of JWT authentication and good secure coding practices (OWASP, schema validation, secret management).
• Familiarity with Docker and deployment of Python applications via gunicorn.
• Ability to work in agile environments, with a focus on quality, documentation and code review discipline.
• Willingness to apply and sustain ISO 27001 controls in the development cycle.

Senior Development Engineer

Job Purpose

We are seeking an ambitious, creative and forward-thinking Senior Development Engineer capable of leading the technical evolution of our critical healthcare platforms (such as the LME core). We are not just looking for someone who writes code, but a professional with a disruptive and winning mentality who uses Artificial Intelligence as a superpower to raise quality standards, accelerate the delivery of value and solve complex problems with innovative and safe solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Backend: Design, implement and maintain RESTful APIs with Python, Flask/Flask-RESTful and SQLAlchemy, on multiple database binds (Oracle and MySQL), following the documented architecture pattern.

• Frontend: Maintain and evolve interface modules in HTML, compiled TypeScript and jQuery/Bootstrap (experience with modern frameworks, such as Vue/React, is valued as a transferable capacity, not as an exclusive requirement).

• Security: Implement and maintain authentication and authorization via JWT (expiry and revocation), password hashing with secure algorithms (bcrypt), validation of input schemes (Marshmallow) and secret management by variables. environment.
