Description: As part of the development of correlation tools between vibration tests and digital simulations, we are looking for a junior Bac+5 engineer to participate in the development and validation of a processing chain making it possible to reconcile measurements from vibration sensors with an ANSYS finite element model. The objective of the project is in particular to exploit the geometric and modal information from a finite element model in order to project the calculated responses to the real positions of the sensors, then to reconstruct a vibrational field on the FE model from the experimental measurements. The mission includes a significant part of scientific development in Python, associated with problems of vibration mechanics, finite elements, 3D geometry and signal processing. Within the YTX Integration Testing Design Office department, and under the supervision of a referent engineer,
The recruited person will participate in the development and validation of the calculation chain. The work will focus in particular on: - Exploitation of finite element models from ANSYS Workbench / Mechanical; - Reading and manipulation of FE model information: nodes, coordinates, elements, connectivities, element types and eigenmodes; - Development in Python of mapping tools between physical sensors and finite element model - Test-calculation correlation
