Your contribution to our success

1. Technical Configuration & Implementation: Configure automation workflows, bots, and AI-driven components tailored to each client's needs. Implement document management rules, integrate APIs and cloud services, and test solutions while ensuring performance and compliance.
2. Support Delivery Activities: Engage in proof-of-concepts, pilots, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and production rollouts to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Document processes to maintain traceability and standards.
3. Learning & Innovation: Explore emerging technologies like GenAI, Agentic AI, and low-code platforms. Participate in internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on innovations for accelerated delivery.
4. Collaboration & Teamwork: Be an integral part of our agile team by collaborating with Technical Leads, Architects, and Functional Leads. Partner effectively with nearshore teams to support implementation tasks and project success.

Your skills

Must-have skills:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on or academic experience with automation, software development, or AI.
• Familiarity with automation platforms or low-code solutions (specific tools will be trained as needed).

Nice-to-have skills:

• Interest or previous exposure to document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText).
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including GenAI, LLMs, chatbots, and intelligent agents.
• Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, Java, .NET, or similar).
