In this context, you will also be responsible for coordinating requirements management and roll-out projects. Your tasks Support internal users in 1st level support on site, by telephone and remotely; Prioritize requests and document solutions. There are 2 locations to be managed, one in Germany and one in France. Analyze and resolve malfunctions in hardware and software, printers and network connections; Clarify complex cases with external IT service providers. Set up and manage workstations, mobile devices and user accounts and maintain authorizations according to internal specifications. Support with questions about Microsoft 365, Microsoft Business Central (ERP application), internal PIM and intranet systems, telephony and digital time recording; create understandable instructions. Collaborate on rollouts, system changes and improving digital processes. Initially help plan and coordinate smaller IT projects: record requirements, coordinate work steps and deadlines, track progress, document results. Accompany the roll-out and give feedback on the development. Conduct employee and distributor trainingYour profile IT training, e.g. B. IT specialist for system integration, or comparable practical experience; first experience in user support. Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 as well as basics in networks and user management, e.g. B. ActiveDirectory. Knowledge of Python, Flask or Django as well as interest in web development are welcome. Interest in IT project management; initial experience in organizing smaller projects is welcome. Service orientation, patience and the ability to explain technical topics in an understandable way; independent and structured way of working. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, for professional exchange.
