Description: How you can contribute:
- You install and update our software solutions - remotely and in close coordination with our customers.
- You configure the systems and connect various databases such as MSSQL or Oracle.
- You set up container solutions with Kubernetes and adapt them as needed.
- You implement smaller automation projects independently using Python, e.g. for interfaces or data processes.
- As part of incident, change and problem management, you analyze occurring disruptions, document your solutions and actively participate in the further development of our support processes.
- As part of 3rd level support, you independently investigate complex error patterns and find suitable technical solutions.
- You work closely with the development team and act as an interface between support and development.
Yours Profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field or have trained as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification.
- You already have initial practical experience in system integration, the provision and management of containers with Docker or Kubernetes as well as the connection of databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- You are sure to use Python for smaller automation tasks, for example Script creation, process automation or data processing.
- You speak German fluently (min. C1) and have good written and spoken English skills
