We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead a CI&T Flow team that builds tools, prototypes and solutions with AI to help other teams validate hypotheses and deliver rapid value. You will combine technical vision with product vision: deciding what to build, what to evolve and when to change direction, always guided by learning and impact, and with the lightness of someone who understands that the best solution is the one that solves the problem, not the first one that was built. Here the context changes frequently, problems are not always well defined and the team needs to make mistakes and get things right quickly. If you are motivated by transforming ambiguity into something concrete and usable, this is your job.   Responsibilities Technical leadership and architecture Define the technical vision and architecture of solutions, balancing speed of delivery, quality and sustainable evolution. Make trade-off decisions autonomously (build, adapt or discard) and communicate why to the team and stakeholders. Conduct code reviews, define standards and guide the team on best practices, including the use of AI in development. Rapid and product prototyping Transform business problems and hypotheses into functional prototypes and MVPs, with short delivery and feedback cycles. Work together with product and design to understand the user's real problem before defining the solution. Calmly adjust course when data or feedback points to a better path, treating each solution as an evolving hypothesis rather than something definitive.   Technical Requirements Solid experience in software development, with proficiency in Python and/or Java and/or Node.js. Knowledge of a modern frontend framework (React, preferably) to build navigable interfaces and prototypes. Experience in solution architecture and APIs, integrations and cloud. Practical experience with LLMs and development of applications with generative AI (agents, RAG, prompt engineering). Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing and good engineering practices.   Differences Experience with Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools. Certifications in Claude or other generative AI platforms. Previous experience with rapid prototyping, discovery, MVPs or product and startup environments. Experience with MCP, skills and orchestration of AI agents. Previous experience with the CI&T Flow platform or similar. Previous experience as Tech Lead or Architect in multidisciplinary teams.
