I'm from the Talent Attraction team and I'm looking for professionals located in Brazil to work as an AI Engineer (Mid-Level QA) CI&T is looking for a QA person to join the team in the application redesign project that consolidates several products from one of the largest insurance companies in Brazil. The project aims to offer the best experience for the end customer, through efficient digital channels, with differentiated experience and usability. Responsibility: Explore and implement artificial intelligence solutions to optimize the test development process and ensure the quality of the final product; Contribute to the documentation of testing processes and best practices, promoting continuous improvement of software quality; Maintain clear and organized communication with all interested parties, promoting a collaborative and efficient environment; Plan, develop and execute software tests, including integrated, automated and exploratory tests; Collaborate with the development team to identify and define testing requirements, ensuring that all functionality meets established quality standards. Manage the bug lifecycle and track fixes, ensuring all issues are documented, tracked and resolved appropriately.   Requirements: Solid experience as a QA, with a proven track record in software development projects; Experience in using artificial intelligence to develop and optimize tests, including the creation and use of agents and skills to improve quality processes; Excellent communication, teamwork and organization skills; Knowledge of quality metrics and conducting RCA    #LI-WC2
