You ensure that our SaaS platform on AWS, Azure and T-Systems runs reliably and efficiently and take responsibility for your own areas and topics You analyze and fix faults, carry out root cause analyzes and actively contribute to the further development of our platform Observability. As part of the team, you will be the point of contact for internal teams, customers and partners and will take on 2nd level support and on-call duty on a rotating basis. You will actively develop our monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, create meaningful dashboards and alerts and ensure that potential problems are identified early on. You will help automate the setup and management of our cloud infrastructure Terraform and use ArgoCD, Docker and CI/CD to ensure that new applications are deployed reliably and automatically on Kubernetes You ensure secure and resilient systems, further develop backup and disaster recovery concepts and regularly put their practical suitability to the test You keep our runbooks and operational documentation up to date, optimize recurring processes and automate what doesn't have to be done manually.
