What is this position about?
You will be connecting the world of business and technology. You will learn how company applications communicate with each other, how data flows between the e-shop, warehouse and central ERP and how to replace routine manual work with an elegant script.

What will be your main task:
•    Working with databases and ERP (Helios): writing and debugging SQL queries, preparing reports and reports for business, purchasing or logistics, bulk data updates.
•    Automation and scripting: creating and managing scripts (PowerShell, Python, SQL) for automatic data imports/exports, processing of price lists and product feeds.
•    Integration and e-commerce: control and debugging of data transfers via API between the e-shop, warehouse system, carriers and marketplace platforms (work with JSON, XML, CSV).
•    Diagnosis and optimization of processes: finding the causes of errors (e.g. why the order does not transfer or the stock does not fit) and proposing solutions to solve the problem he did not repeat.
•    Normal internal IT support (smaller part of the agenda): basic support of colleagues, setting up workstations, printers, barcode scanners and management in the Microsoft 365 environment.

What will your start-up look like?
•    You will start with sub-tasks, smaller SQL queries and modifications of existing scripts.
•    Progressive independence: you will soon be able to handle common analyzes and reporting by yourself; we will always consult on major changes in production systems and databases together.
•    Space for growth: as you get to know our processes and technologies, you will be in charge of your own projects and independent integration units.

 
What we need from you:
•    Solid foundations in IT: orientation in databases (basic knowledge of SQL is a must).
•    Basic awareness of scripting: desire to write simple scripts in Python or PowerShell.
•    Analytical and logical thinking: the ability to follow the trail of a data error and think in context.
•    Technical curiosity: the desire to understand formats such as JSON, XML, CSV and REST API principles.
•    Communication skills: the ability to listen to a request from colleagues in the shop or warehouse and translate it into a functional technical brief.
Note: We do not expect you to be control all technologies right from the start. What is important for us is a healthy foundation, a desire to explore "how it works inside" and learn new things.

It will be an advantage (not a requirement) if you know:
•    Experience with an ERP system (especially Helios).
•    Awareness of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) or marketplace integrations.
•    Fundamentals of network diagnostics (TCP/IP) and Windows administration Server.

Starting: Immediately
Contract: HPP (4-month trial period and fixed-term contract 1 year)
Working hours: Mon-Fri
Fixed working hours: 8:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Starting salary: 30,000 – 38,000
