Description: At FLASKE, everything revolves around smart, sustainable products that people actually use. We believe work is more fun when you create something that makes people happy and benefits the planet too.
We're a small, close-knit team based in IJsselstein. No bureaucracy here, just trust, responsibility, and plenty of humor between the orders.
As a Junior Marketer at FLASKE you support marketing across all channels: from social media and email marketing via Klaviyo to writing product texts for the webshop and marketplaces such as Bol, ANWB and Decathlon. You work closely with a flexible team of external specialists and are the internal link that coordinates campaigns, provides content and tracks results.
- AI first: you use AI (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) every day as the first step for texts, content ideas, product descriptions, reports and research, and you show this in the application with an hour-long assignment. - MBO or HBO working and thinking level, preferably towards Marketing or Communication. - Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms and Marketplaces - Demonstrable affinity with sustainability, premium products and/or e-commerce - Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and an email tool (Klaviyo is an advantage) - Strong in copywriting: convincing, brand consistent and focused on the target group (no spelling errors) - Proactive, structured and able to monitor multiple deadlines at the same time - Direct collaboration with a network of experienced external specialists - Room for your own input: your point for improvement today can be the marketing playbook of tomorrow - Family discount on FLASKE products from our own range
FLASKE has grown in a few years from an ambitious startup to an internationally Certified B Corporation with customers throughout Europe. We make premium, sustainable drinkware that people use for years and that companies are proud to give as gifts.
