Description: GrupoSud is a Latin American group of agencies specialized in communication, creativity, production and brand experiences, with operations in Chile, Colombia, Peru and Mexico.

- Degree in Computer Science Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Science Execution or related career.
- Minimum 5 years building and maintaining software in production, of which at least 2 technically leading a team.
- Python and Angular/TypeScript in depth, with verifiable projects. Design of REST APIs (ideally FastAPI) and advanced PostgreSQL/SQL.
- Azure in production: App Service, Azure DevOps (CI/CD) and Entra ID.
- Experience taking and evolving a product built by someone else.
- Experience consolidating distributed services, with SSO and observability.
- Experience accepting deliverables from external suppliers or software factories.
- Technical English B1–B2 or higher.
We are a Chilean holding company of marketing, advertising and experience companies, with operations in Chile, Peru, Colombia and Mexico. We built our own software: a back office that supports treasury, projects and integrations for the entire group, plus a portfolio of digital products for our companies.
The platform goes into production this quarter. Today it is fragmented into independent modules: three backends in Azure App Service and three Angular applications, without SSO or a common design system. We are looking for someone to take it, stabilize it, standardize it and consolidate it, without rewriting it from scratch. In parallel, nine developments progress with external suppliers, and you are responsible for their quality. It is a role to organize and sustain something that is growing quickly, not to manage a mature platform.
Functions of the position
- Be a technical owner of the platform: architecture, quality, critical defects and evolution.
- Unify services and frontends in a coherent architecture, with SSO and a common design system.
- Define acceptance criteria, review code and accept or reject deliverables from the software factory and external developers.
- Lead a team of 3 Full Stack developers (Junior and Semi-Senior): define priorities, give feedback, mentor and manage its performance.
- Define the standards of the area: repository, CI/CD, automated tests and documentation. Responsible for the deployment, monitoring and availability in Azure.
- Translate business requirements into executable tasks with Scrum or Kanban.
- Ensure the security and protection of personal data (Law 21,719).
