ChopChop is Sweden's largest Asian fast food chain and continues to grow. With a central warehouse and our own production operations, we supply our restaurants around the country with raw materials and high-quality products.

To meet our continued expansion, we are now looking for a Logistics Developer who wants to take a key role in developing and streamlining our warehouse and logistics processes.

This is a role for you who are passionate about improvement work and want to create long-term solutions that make a real difference.

About the role

As As a logistics developer, you work to analyse, develop and optimize our logistics and warehouse processes. The role has a clear focus on development rather than day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with warehouse, production, purchasing and management to create a more efficient, data-driven and scalable logistics flow.

You drive improvement projects from idea to implementation and ensure that our working methods evolve in line with the company's growth.

Your main tasks

    

Analyze and improve warehouse flows and material flows.

    

Optimize warehouse layout and picking processes.

    

Develop routines for receipt, storage and delivery.

    

Ensure efficient FIFO processes and reduce waste.

    

Work with inventory control and optimal stock levels.

    

Develop and follow up KPI for inventory and logistics.

    

Identify bottlenecks and implement improvement projects.

    

Evaluate and develop the use of inventory and business systems.

    

Collaborate with production to ensure efficient material flow.

    

Participate in investments and development of future logistics solutions.

    

Standardize work methods and create sustainable processes.

We are looking for you who

    

Has post-secondary education in logistics, industrial economics, production or equivalent.

    

Has several years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain.

    

Has documented experience in process development and improvement work.

    

Has worked with Lean, Six Sigma or others improvement methods.

    

Has good experience with WMS, ERP or business systems.

    

Is used to analyzing data and making decisions based on facts.

    

Communicates freely in Swedish and English.

Experience from food production, grocery trade, restaurant chains or other operations with high demands on logistics and quality is advantageous.
