Practical experience in infrastructure for LLMs and agents: RAG pipelines, vector stores, agent orchestration, MCP integrations, model evaluation or guardrails.
Python 3.12+ for production software, beyond scripts.
Snowflake: advanced SQL and optimization, with mastery of schemas, warehouses and roles. Experience with key-pair (JWT) authentication is a plus.
Docker: building and optimizing images that package ML artifacts and their dependencies.
Kubernetes: deployment and operation of workloads (pods, deployments, resource limits, basic networking), including the creation, scheduling and debugging of CronJobs.
AWS: S3, IAM and boto3. Experience with EMR is a plus.
Troubleshooting based on logs and metrics (Elastic, Datadog or equivalent) in scheduled jobs and services.
pytest and ability to design meaningful edge case tests.
Workflow with Git and GitHub: feature branches, pull requests and code review.
Comfort in an agile environment and clear written communication.
Advanced intermediate or advanced English (essential)

We are currently looking for two Machine Learning Engineers with practical experience in generative AI systems for our team which builds and operates ML services in production of enterprise data storage systems based on flash technology (SSD) which is the main focus of the project. You will work on the design, deployment and operation of LLM and agent pipelines, as well as the ML infrastructure that supports them, and you will be part of the team that develops Copilot.

Functions of the position

Design, build and maintain RAG pipelines, agent orchestration and MCP integrations that bring LLMs to production.
Develop ML services in Python 3.12+ with testable code, versioned and reviewed through pull requests.
Package models, agents and their dependencies into optimized Docker images and deploy them to Kubernetes, including workloads scheduled with CronJobs.
Implement and maintain the data layer in Snowflake, writing and optimizing SQL queries and managing roles and warehouses.
Configure and operate resources in AWS (S3, IAM, boto3 and, when applicable, EMR).
Design and execute evaluations of models and guardrails to measure quality, security and behavior of generative AI systems.
Monitor jobs and services with Datadog or Elastic, diagnose failures from logs and metrics, and propose stability improvements.
Collaborate with the team in an agile environment, documenting technical decisions and communicating progress and risks clearly in writing.
