Artificial intelligence is increasingly changing the way companies work and design business processes. We would like to actively shape this development and are building an agentic AI system that supports different business areas and makes collaboration between teams more efficient.

To support this innovative project, we are looking for a committed master's student for a final thesis or a working student (m/f/d) with an interest in artificial intelligence, software development and Multi-agent systems.

What to expect

• Multi-agent architecture: Designing how agents divide work, hand off tasks and share context.

• Agent configuration: Defining agents via structured markdown files and evaluating how specialized (“fine-tuned”) an agent should be.

• Extensions and integrations: Development of extensions and connection of internal and external systems via API key.

• Agentic coding: Building agentic coding functions - one or more collaborating AI agents that plan, write, test and code directly in our development environment review.

• Guidelines: Creation of security, extension security and coding guidelines for the development and operation of agents.

• Token optimization: Measurement and reduction of token consumption and costs through context management, caching and model selection.

• Change management: Concept for knowledge transfer, rollout and acceptance so that the agents can be integrated into processes and teams are integrated

• Documentation:Preparation and presentation of the results for stakeholders.
