What are your tasks?

- You design and develop complex enterprise solutions in the areas of conversational AI, voicebots and process automation, with Python as the main language and JavaScript/TypeScript or Java for integration or Frontend components
- You are responsible for the technical implementation, architecture and quality assurance in larger projects
- You help with the integration of AI solutions into existing company processes
- You work closely with our developers and take part in internal training on AI, cloud and software architectures, or hold them yourself
- You work on innovative projects for the integration of speech technologies (text-to-speech, speech-to-text, whisper, LiveKit, Azure Speech Services etc.). or Java, ideally in connection with API design, cloud integration or front-end development
- You have know-how in relevant libraries (e.g. LangChain, FastAPI, spaCy, Transformers, Whisper, OpenAI SDKs)
- You are experienced in the introduction of new technologies and the technical management or training of teams
- Fluent German and very good English skills round off your profile
