Our Mobility Platform and Device Management team is looking for a Workspace ONE UEM / MDM Engineer based in Lille

We manage the backbone of mobility at Decathlon with more than 150,000 terminals managed daily on our Workspace ONE platform. Our major challenges: guarantee a fluid and efficient user experience in the field (Android store and logistics terminals as a priority), industrialize the management of our fleet and strengthen the overall level of security.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

As part of a Feature Team made up of 4 engineers and a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the proper functioning, optimization and technical development of our Workspace ONE UEM platform.

As an MDM / UEM Engineer, you will take concrete action on the enrollment, configuration, application distribution and maintenance in operational and security condition of our global fleet of 150,000 devices.

Your main missions will be:

• Administer and configure the Workspace ONE UEM console: management of Smart Groups, deployment of configuration profiles, application catalogs and compliance rules.
• Manage the life cycle of mobile devices: mass enrollment (Android Zero-Touch, Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment, Apple Business Manager / ADE), OS updates and management of shared fleets (stores / logistics).
• Industrialize and automate: design automation scripts and leverage Workspace ONE's REST APIs to reduce manual tasks and integrate UEM with the rest of our IT ecosystem.
• Guarantee security and compliance: apply security policies (encryption, conditional access, certificate management) in close collaboration with the InfoSec team.
• Take responsibility for L3 expertise: investigate and resolve complex incidents, analyze logs and work in conjunction with publisher support if necessary.
• Participate in deployment and migration projects: test new features, conduct pilot phases (PoC / UAT) and write technical documentation and procedures for the support teams.

TECHNICAL STACK

• UEM Platform: Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, Hub Services.
• Operating systems: Android Enterprise (Dedicated/COBO, Fully Managed, Work Profile), iOS / iPadOS, basics of macOS / Windows.
• Enrollment programs: Android Zero-Touch, Samsung KME, Apple Business Manager (ABM / ADE).
• Automation & Integration: REST APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Postman).
• Collaborative tools & Agility: Jira, Confluence, Git.

WHAT YOU BRING

Passionate about mobile technologies and system administration, you have solid practical experience in managing and troubleshooting a large-scale fleet of terminals.

• Experience in the daily administration and configuration of a UEM solution, ideally Workspace ONE (certification is a real asset).
• Mastery of Android Enterprise specificities (management modes, management of shared and dedicated fleets) and the Apple environment (iOS/iPadOS).
• Practical skills in scripting and APIs (Python, PowerShell) to automate operational flows.
• Analysis and diagnostic capacity (Level 3): rigor in troubleshooting, analysis of terminal and console logs.
