With the aim of optimizing and simplifying human resources management, HeavenHR offers companies a comprehensive platform that integrates all HR processes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the operations team within a fast-growing startup and help revolutionize the HR industry.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of our business efficiently and effectively. You will oversee and optimize processes related to sales, finance, payroll, insurance sales, customer experience, and other functions to ensure the business runs smoothly and supports future growth. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvements and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with our Director of Business Development and lead the operations team, including setting goals, providing guidance and overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Optimize and simplify processes focusing on sales, finance, customer success and other key functions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for operational excellence.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain key operational metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and best practices.

Requirements

• Excellent university degree in a STEM subject (science, technology, engineering or mathematics) or a related field.
• Deep interest in operations management and a startup environment
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and interest in process improvements.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to promote data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• High level of detail and commitment to high quality work.
• Proactive and self-motivated personality with a passion for promoting operational excellence.
• Solid technical understanding with confident use of Excel and Python.
• Fun and motivation to build something great and thirst to learn new things
