Description: Gi Group S.p.A., for a multinational client in the automotive sector, searches and selects a figure for: After Sales Support - Technical assistance and guarantees The main responsibilities will be: Verify and approve the requests for defect coverage (guarantee and correctness) presented by the assistance network; Manage support tickets coming from the Assistance Network, ensuring correct monitoring and follow-up; Manage the publication, in the workshop and acceptance systems, of recall campaigns related to product safety, adapting them to the specificity of the local market; Support the coordinator in preparing communication materials for customers; Prepare the documentation and distribution lists necessary to manage the recall process. Requirements: At least a three-year degree in economic and scientific subjects; At least 1 year's experience in customer care / customer service; Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel/Power Point); Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2); Excellent communication and management skills of external and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of computer programming systems (Python or similar) will be considered a plus.
