The product you will work on:

At Grupo Boticário, Generative Artificial Intelligence is a strategic pillar. You will work on the Agent Platform team: a centralized platform to create, manage and execute LLM agents in GB's business channels. Its mission will be to create an agent building platform to empower the use of Gen AI in functional teams. Our focus is to ensure that the best solutions involving AI reach the various customers of Grupo Boticário, leveraging tangible results for the company.

What your day will be like

• In partnership with the Tech Lead, you will help materialize the technical vision of the products, ensuring the writing of clean code, optimized algorithms and actively participating in technical reviews to maintain the squad's low technical debt.
• Implement and evolve the interface of the Platform Agents with product and design.
• Their mission involves executing with excellence ensuring the quality of the product: testing, accessibility, tagging/journey analytics, front-end observability, testing.
• Implement the best frontend and backend solutions for our users, always aiming for quality, performance, best programming practices, simplicity and better user experience;
• Develop, perform unit tests, deploy and monitor what has been developed, in addition to ensuring quality and good programming practices;
• Improve applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, make recommendations, design and implement systems;
• Actively participate in decisions in the implementation of products, demonstrating a sense of ownership;
• Maintain, improve and review existing codes through Code Review and Pair Programming;
• Maintain good relationships seeking innovative solutions for projects;
• Keep documentation up to date;
• Work collaboratively, using good communication;
• Be passionate about solving problems and searching for viable solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Solid experience in web development using React
• Solid experience with automated testing (Unit, integration, E2E);
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), GitHub, GitHub Actions and Sonar.
• Knowledge of the AWS platform.
• Familiarity with secure development (security assessments, vulnerabilities, action in incidents, etc.);
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Ability to work in a multifunctional, multi-language and collaborative environment, in an autonomous way;
• Pragmatism for problem solving;
• Protagonist, questioning, analytical profile that uses systemic knowledge to carry out in-depth analyzes of problems to be solved;
• Ability to discuss frontend trade-offs (performance, UI consistency, componentization debt) and to communicate with design and product.
• Practice in using AI assistants in the development flow (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar);
• Good communication and alignment with the business: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences, understand business objectives and collaborate with other engineering teams that use the platform.



Differentiations

• Experience in integrating LLM APIs, GenAI engines or platforms agents;
• Experience in developing and implementing solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
• Experience in Python backend development (Django or equivalent), autonomy to evolve the BFF along with the front.
