Our Marketplace Engineering (AI Engineering) area

Your activities as CSixer

• Develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions, from technical conception to production operation.
• Lead or support the creation of copilots, automations and assistants for customers and internal areas, ensuring quality, security and scalability.
• Evolve the LLMOps platform with a focus on governance, traceability, observability, cost and security.
• Work in an integrated manner with architecture, engineering, product and operations teams in defining and implementing solutions with a direct impact on the business.
• Define and disseminate good CI/CD practices applied to Generative AI, in on-premise and cloud environments.
• Investigate failures and incidents in production, conducting root cause analysis and proposing structural improvements.
• Promote good technical practices, code review, standardization of solutions and sharing of knowledge between teams.

Requirements and Experience

• Clear and objective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to make technical decisions or strong influence as a reference in the team.
• Ability to translate business demands into viable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Collaborative stance, with a sense of ownership and focus on continuous delivery.
• Experience in agile environments, with product vision and incremental improvement.
• Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings and NLP techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries and frameworks such as LangChain, Transformers or equivalents.
• Advanced experience with RAG architectures, including techniques such as re-ranking, dynamic chunking and context-sensitive retrieval.
• Solid knowledge of Git and relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience in Data Science applied to unstructured data.
• Practical experience with LLMOps, including pipelines, versioning, monitoring, evaluation and model cost control.
• Differentiations: Experience with open-source models such as Mistral, LLaMA, Mixtral and Phi.
• Acting with autonomous agents or orchestrating flows with LangGraph or similar tools.
• Knowledge of emerging protocols and standards such as MCP and A2A.
