Tasks

What you are doing here

Immotalente is filling commercial positions in property management companies. A self-made system runs behind it: candidates are found, evaluated and contacted across sixteen mandates. There is also a knowledge repository in which mandates, customers and processes are located and from which AI agents work.

The system works, and it has gaps. You work on both.

You build agents for tasks that are now manual work. Interview notes on candidate dossiers. Customer briefings on mandate files. Check runs that report when a table has silently stopped calculating. Appointment suggestions, follow-ups, reports.

You further develop the quality of the text. The texts addressed to candidates still sound like machines. The reason for this has been analyzed and documented. Implementing it is open, and it is the work with the greatest leverage.

You close gaps in the inventory. Real travel times instead of estimated ones. Data checks before import. An acceptance test that runs before every release.

And you check what you've built. In this system, errors are invisible: one column didn't calculate anything for five weeks, while the interface showed "100 percent finished." Anyone who builds here without checking the behavior afterwards will cause more harm than good. This is the one rule that is non-negotiable.

You work directly with the founder. No level in between, no voting rounds.

Qualification

What you bring with you

You've already built something that worked. A script, an automation workflow, a tool with AI behind it, anything that solved a problem that wasn't yours. Show us, that counts more than any note.

Together with Claude & Co, you will get to grips with JSON and a REST interface and write small scripts in JavaScript or Python. You write clear German and notice when a sentence sounds like a machine. You have a habit of checking after a change to see if it was actually implemented instead of believing the success report.

What subject you study is secondary. You don’t need any previous real estate or recruiting knowledge. They are helpful, but not a requirement.
