This position works in concert with the Project Manager on determining product usability, requirements and prioritization. Your main mission will be to define and execute analyses of our users and companies with the objective of identifying trends, opportunities, and problems to improve the product.

The ideal candidate will have interest in the eCommerce world, possess good communication and great analytical skills. Overall, the individual will be an active part of an organization focused on innovative business architecture design, operational execution, and channel integration.

Responsibilities:

You’re our perfect candidate if you:

  • Worked on software B2C platforms that scale and grow and been within the Product team

  • Monitor on a daily basis KPI’s and understand the product and business performance.

  • Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, predictive analytics, and more.

  • Define and execute recurring and ad hoc performance reports, this includes calculations of LTV, marketing performance, retention, ROI, user behavior, and unit economics

  • Analyse performance impact of any product and marketing strategy changes.

  • Work in coordination with the BI, infrastructure, and data engineering team to optimise the reporting tools, data accuracy, and overall reporting.

  • Recommend and analyze multivariate experiments.

Required skills:

Your expertise in a nutshell:

  • At least two years experience in data analysis and reporting, business data management, data collection, report design and presentation.

  • Knowledge of analytics platforms and ability to utilize the data/tools to guide decision making.

  • Familiarity with Python and SQL, and tools such as Databricks, Tableau and Amplitude

  • Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

  • Experience running A/B tests

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude.

  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to understand their world and deliver impactful insights against these

  • Experience in the B2C world is a nice-to-have.

  • Advanced level in English
