Description: Are you an analytical and structured person with experience in production management and business planning? We are now looking for a Production Controller who wants to contribute to ensuring efficient production flows and delivery precision in a complex manufacturing environment!

About the role

As a Production Controller, you will be an important part of the planning function and work closely with production, logistics, technology and other business areas. The role involves translating production data into concrete insights and ensuring that production plans are followed to meet customer needs and delivery requirements.

You are responsible for analyzing, following up and optimizing production planning with a focus on high efficiency, quality and delivery reliability. 📦

Job Duties

    Develop and maintain production control and delivery tracking processes.
    Monitor daily production output and identify and escalate potential bottlenecks.
    Work as a key user in planning systems and collaborate closely with production engineering functions.
    Analyze production data and produce decision support for both operational and strategic issues.
    Create and develop reports, dashboards and visualizations to support the business.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that capacity and demand are in balance.
    Contribute to the development and automation of processes in production planning and follow-up.

We are looking for you who have

    Experience in production control, production planning or supply chain in the manufacturing industry.
    Very good knowledge of Power BI and experience of building dashboards and analyses.
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience of Power Automate.
    A strong analytical mindset and good ability to translate data into business benefit.
    Understanding of production processes and manufacturing flows.
