We are looking for a project planner in production who wants to work closely with both manufacturing and project organization in a technically complex environment. The role suits you who is structured, communicative and solution-oriented and who thrives with many internal contact surfaces.

You will have a central role in ensuring that production is planned and carried out according to the project's time frames, while contributing to the development and improvement of the business.

Work tasks 🛠️

    

Plan and coordinate the manufacture of complex systems and products.

    

Ta develop, update and follow up manufacturing plans.

    

Analyze manufacturing flows and identify needs and possible bottlenecks.

    

Evaluate material needs linked to production and project plans.

    

Ensure that production follows agreed time frames.

    

Cooperate with project organization, production and other internal stakeholders.

    

Run and implement business development projects within production.

Mandatory requirements ✅

    

BSc or equivalent academic education.

    

At least 3 years of experience in production, logistics or production planning.

    

Good ability to plan, coordinate and follow up activities.

    

Very good collaboration and communication skills.

    

Ability to work structured in a changing and complex production environment.

    

Opportunity to work full-time on site in Järfälla.

Meritable requirements ⭐

    

Experience with Excel.

    

Knowledge in VBA.

    

Knowledge in SQL.

    

Experience of IFS.

    

Experience of business development within production.
