Your role

We are now looking for a new employee for our growing department within Fighter Support at Aviation Services. The global situation and our customers' increased need for operational capability and availability have led to our need to strengthen our team. As part of us, you will work on maintenance products and services that make a difference and help ensure the expected operation and sustainability of our aircraft capabilities.

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating and further developing the overall schedules for projects within Gripen maintenance products and services. In close collaboration with project managers, sub-projects and other key stakeholders, you help drive the planning work forward. You work cross-functionally with many stakeholders across several organizational units and ensure that the planning reflects the needs, goals and conditions of the business.

In the role you will, among other things:

   Create, communicate and update overall project plans based on governing plans, delivery plans and the needs of the business.
    Ensure that the planning is coherent at all levels, from overall project goals to detailed planning in the sub-projects.
    Identify risks, bottlenecks and resource challenges and propose measures and alternative scenarios.
    Contribute to forecasting work, resource planning and follow-up of the project's implementation.
    Support the business in planning methodology and ensure that common working methods are followed.

    Experience with planning methods, planning tools and project management in larger project environments.
    Understands processes and regulations, and can balance quality, time and cost to achieve the best results.
    Communicates clearly, takes responsibility and actively contributes to the team's common success.

Meritable

    Experience in maintenance systems and/or flight operations.
    Experience working in multi-project with central management.

The position requires you to undergo and pass according to the regulations for safety protection in force at the time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security class placement, may, where applicable, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
