Description: Full Stack Development Engineer (Python, Flask & Next.js) Location: Coimbato Work Experience: 1 to 3 years Full stack development intern with a passion for building real-world web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing backend functionality, building user-friendly interfaces, improving existing systems, and supporting product enhancements. We're looking for people who enjoy problem solving, take responsibility for tasks, and are eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and enhance the backend functionality of the web application • Build and improve user-facing features to ensure a smooth user experience • Understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions • Identify and debug application issues to maintain stable performance • Improve existing features based on user feedback and team input • Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies and project needs • Responsible for assigned tasks and meet deadlines • Work with team members to ensure smooth project execution Required Skills • Good knowledge of Python programming • Have hands-on experience with backend development using Flask • Familiarity with Next.js or modern front-end frameworks • Understand API development and integration • Basic understanding of application deployment and development workflows • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to write clean, structured and maintainable code • Willing to learn and grow in a startup environment
