About the role
You work as a Scrum Master and Agile Flow Leader for a team in vehicle development.
The team develops solutions for cable tangles and electrical installations in chassis applications.
The focus is on working methods, delivery transparency and continuous improvement.
You collaborate closely with product owners, technical management and adjacent development teams.
This is what you will do
Facilitate daily reconciliations, planning, retrospectives and reviews.
Support the team in prioritization, planning and follow-up of deliverables.
and remove obstacles, bottlenecks and dependencies.
Coach the team in agile principles and effective working methods.
Coordinate the collaboration with stakeholders and nearby technical team.
We are looking for you who have
At least one year of experience as a Scrum Master, team leader, project manager or in a similar leadership role.
Experience in facilitating teams and driving continuous improvements.
Ability to create consensus and collaboration between multiple teams and stakeholders.
Good communication skills and a coaching approach.
Meritable understanding of automotive, product or electrical installation development.
Technology & Tools
Jira for planning and follow-up.
Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
Mural for workshops and visual facilitation.
Scrum and other agile working methods.
Practical information
Location: Södertälje.
Working method: Hybrid, with at least three days per week on site. The need for attendance may increase.
Language: Fluent in spoken and written English. Swedish is meritorious.
