As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our strategic AI platform. You combine hands-on programming with responsibility for architecture, technical path choices and execution of AI initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with developers, Data Scientists and product managers to translate business needs into scalable solutions that create tangible benefits.

The position belongs to the IT organization, reports to the Head of Architecture & Integration and offers a flexible hybrid setup from one of our offices in Sweden.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy and maintain AI solutions with a focus on Python, backend and API integrations.

Build solutions in generative AI such as AI agents, RAG architectures and LLM applications.

Contribute to architecture, security and the long-term development of the group's AI platform.

Environmental monitoring of the AI area and driving continuous improvement initiatives.




Qualifications

    At least ~5 years of experience in AI development and good knowledge of Python.
    Experience in deploying AI solutions in a production environment (LLM, RAG, embeddings, AI agents).
    Experience of API development, integrations, Git and CI/CD.
    Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
    Fluent in Swedish and English.

Meritable: Experience with Azure AI Services/OpenAI, Databricks, Kubernetes, Terraform, LangChain or LangGraph.
