📌 Experience
4+ years of professional experience, with verifiable experience in Backend development, technical leadership, solution architecture and Cloud application development.
We are looking for a Senior Backend Technical Lead to technically lead from end to end a strategic initiative within a portfolio of health solutions.
You will be responsible for the architecture decisions, quality and evolution of the solution, working transversally with teams of Architecture, Security, Business and Core/Legacy systems.
The challenge combines Backend, microservices architectures, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Artificial Intelligence applied to document extraction, so we are looking for a profile with solid technical experience, leadership capacity and experience bringing solutions to production.
🎯 Responsibilities
Technically lead the design and end-to-end implementation of the solution. Make architectural decisions and document them through Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). Define code standards, branching, code review and the technical Definition of Done. Design integration contracts through APIs, Pub/Sub events and schemas with Core and Legacy systems.
