We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a solid foundation in both frontend and backend technologies. You should possess experience in cloud services and database management, as well as strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in:

Cloud Services: Azure
Backend Development: Python, Django
Database Management: SQL
Mobile Development: React Native

Additionally, strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior developers are essential. You must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards in software development.

The Job

We seek a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in developing our applications, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and high-performing. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth, with potential advancement to Head Developer.

Cloud Services: Design and implement scalable cloud architectures using Azure services. Manage and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-efficiency. Ensure security and compliance with industry best practices.
Backend Development: Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python and Django. Implement APIs and integrate them with various services. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Database Management: Design and manage SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Write and optimize complex queries for performance. Conduct database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Mobile Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native. Ensure applications are performant and provide a seamless user experience. Integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs.
Management Experience: Lead and mentor a team of developers. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Implement best practices in software development and project management.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Proven experience with Azure cloud services.
Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework.
