Assignment description We are looking for a senior consultant who is responsible for leading and coordinating extensive integration work in a complex organizational environment. The assignment includes an overall responsibility for planning, control and implementation in a phase where operations must be both brought together and partially separated. The role involves creating a clear structure, ensuring progress and managing dependencies between several functions and stakeholders.

The consultant will work closely with management and the steering group, with a focus on enabling well-founded decisions, ensuring continuity in the business and driving change work with high quality.

Example tasks:

    

Establish overall plan, control model and working methods for the integration phase

    

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and work streams

    

Ensure deliveries according to prioritized schedule and identified dependencies

    

Manage risks, bottlenecks and critical activities and propose actions

    

Drive communication, reporting and decision support to steering group

    

Ensure business continuity during change work

Shall requirements

    

Solid experience in leading complex projects or programs with many stakeholders

    

Documented ability to establish structure, planning and follow-up

    

Experience of integration projects and/or major operational changes

    

Strong leadership skills without formal personnel responsibility

    

Experience of working with steering groups and senior decision makers

    

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritable

    

Experience from larger organizations with complex dependency structures

    

Background in change management and organizational communication

    

Experience of cooperation in labor law or trade union context

    

Understanding of interactions between functions such as HR, IT, finance and law
