About the role

You are stepping into an important change work at a Swedish authority in data protection and privacy issues. The goal is to create a new, modern and user-friendly case management system that shortens lead times, reduces manual steps and ties together working methods that are currently divided into separate flows.

This is where the work in the business begins. First, processes and case flows are improved, then system support and automation are used where it provides a clear benefit. You will have a central role in planning, leading and implementing the requirements work and translating needs into a coherent requirements document that works in a formalized procurement. The role suits you who thrives in the borderland between operations and IT and who wants to influence both structure, quality and direction in a complex and socially important environment.

Job tasks

    You plan, structure and drive the requirements work from current situation analysis and ideal situation analysis to requirements specification and procurement documentation.
    You gather needs through workshops, interviews, document studies and, if necessary, in-depth interviews with users.
    You support process mapping end-to-end and identify bottlenecks, waiting times, manual steps, root issues and improvement areas.
    You analyze what should be solved through process change and what should be handled with system support or automation.
    You document and structure business requirements and IT requirements and break them down into functional and non-functional requirements.
    You develop use cases and user cases for prioritized case flows.
    You establish working methods for prioritization, traceability, change management, decision log and requirements ownership.
    You define acceptance criteria for central requirements and contribute to quality assurance before procurement.
    You act as a bridge between operations and IT and collaborate closely with, among others, administrators, lawyers, process owners and architects.

Requirements

    You have completed at least two (2) assignments in the last five (5) years in the role of responsible or leading requirements analyst when developing requirements document for procurement, acquisition or system change of a case management system or other comparable complex operating system.
    You have documented experience in producing requirements documents and requirements specifications that have been used in a procurement document in a public procurement or other comparable formalized acquisition of an operating system.
    At least one (1) such assignment has been for a government authority, municipality or region.
    You have documented experience from at least two (2) task of leading process mapping of current state and desired state and translating this into functional and non-functional requirements, including use cases, acceptance criteria and requirement traceability. These assignments must not be older than five (5) years.
    You have documented experience of taking requirements work into account and formulating requirements linked to information security, logging, traceability and data protection in connection with procurement or changes to business systems.
    You express yourself very well in spoken and written Swedish and have good spoken and written English.
