Yours Area of responsibility

* Content-didactic conception and implementation of courses at bachelor's and master's level

* Supervision of scientific work

* Conception and implementation of research projects as well as participation in the acquisition of third-party funding (e.g. through research applications)

* Participation in scientific events and conferences

* Participation in organizational and administrative tasks

* Use and further development of innovative Teaching and learning methods using modern media technology

We expect from you

* A completed or current doctoral degree in the field of finance, controlling, economics or a related economic subject

* A proven interest in business issues, especially in the areas of finance, controlling or financial economics, as well as the willingness to deepen your subject and develop your own research focus

* Sound methodological Knowledge, particularly in econometric methods, as well as practical experience with R or Python; Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is desirable

* Experience in teaching or knowledge transfer is desirable - especially with regard to the comprehensible preparation of complex economic content for different target groups

* Didactic skills and enjoyment of working with students

* A careful, structured and independent way of working, ability to work in a team, organizational strength and commitment

* Confident demeanor, strong communicative skills as well as verbal knowledge of German and English and writing

Your gross salary

Between € 3,536.99/month and € 5,019.98/month (full-time equivalent)

The actual remuneration is based on the salary table of the FHWN's internal career model perspectivesPLUS.
