We will refer you to a growing software company based in Frankfurt am Main that makes trading smarter with a data-driven analysis platform. As a Senior Product Manager, you will take over the strategic roadmap and ensure that the platform sets standards for market and shopper insights in retail. You are the interface between product, go-to-market, sales and development and work closely with category management and market research teams to create real added value for users.

Tasks

Your tasks

• You drive the strategic roadmap for our data-driven
  Market and trend analysis platform and ensure that it is the
  Benchmark for data-driven market and shopper insights in retail
  remains
• You orchestrate cross-functional initiatives between
  Product, go-to-market, strategy and development teams with a focus on
  Clear added value for category management and market research
• You work closely with sales, category management and
  Market research teams on the customer side work together to identify use cases such as
  Trend monitoring, product range optimization and campaign evaluation prioritize
• You are responsible for and lead the platform's feature strategy
  Customer analyses, interviews and test customer feedback clear requirements
  from
• You plan sprints together with the development team, maintain them and
  prioritize the backlog and ensure smooth, customer-focused
  Releases
• You prepare product launches and major function releases together
  with sales and marketing - including storyline, positioning and
  Enablement for sales

Qualification

Technical requirements

• Completed studies in the field of economics,
  Business informatics, industrial engineering, MINT or
  comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in product management, category management, market research or business development
• Practical experience in dealing with data-driven analyzes and initial points of contact with generative AI
• Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English

Personal skills

• Strong communication skills and experience in moderation, confident in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders

Advantageous (not a must)

• Experience in retail, consumer goods or retail tech, ideally with SaaS products in a B2C context
• Basic knowledge of a programming language, e.g. B. Python
