We are now looking for a Senior Production Planner for an exciting assignment in Järfälla! Here you get a key role in a high-tech business where you are responsible for planning and coordinating advanced products and systems. About the role

As a Senior Production Planner, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient production flow from the time production needs arise until the finished product is assembled and ready for delivery. You work closely with production, logistics, purchasing, technology and project operations to create the conditions for a stable and well-functioning production.

The role means that you continuously analyze production flows, material availability and capacity to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement. You have a holistic perspective and work proactively to ensure that production follows set schedules and quality requirements.

In addition to the daily planning work, you will have a central role in business development within production. You drive and participate in improvement initiatives, develop working methods and contribute to creating effective processes that strengthen the long-term performance of the business ⚙️

Your main duties

    Plan, coordinate and follow up the production of technically advanced products and systems
    Ensure material and resource requirements for upcoming production
    Responsible for products throughout the entire production chain until finished delivery
    Analyze production flows, capacity and delivery conditions
    Identify and manage deviations, risks and bottlenecks
    Run and implement business development projects within production
    Develop and improve methodology, processes and working methods within production planning
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and sustainable solutions

Your profile

We are looking for you who combine an analytical and structured way of working with strong collaborative skills. You thrive in a role with many contact points and are motivated by creating structure in complex contexts.

We are looking for you who have

    University education in a relevant field, for example production, logistics, industrial economics or equivalent
    At least three years of experience in production planning, logistics or production
    Experience of working cross-functionally with several different stakeholders
    Good habit of working with data, analyzes and follow-up
    Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
