Description: What to expectAs a Senior Python Developer (f/m/d), you are part of our highly qualified in-house development team. You implement tickets independently and support other team members, especially with questions about code structure and software architecture. You will make a crucial contribution to ensuring that we quickly deliver robust features that provide direct added value to our customers and users. In doing so, you are making an important contribution to the success of our SaaS solution opti.node and thus also to Energiewende.node.energy enables professional operators with clever software-as-a-service solutions. Our software opti.node brings together all the data for the commercial management of wind power and PV systems and automates demanding administrative tasks energy business processes. Our customers not only save themselves hundreds of hours of laborious and error-prone work with Excel lists, they become digital energy supply companies of the new generation. Operators of more than 14,000 wind power and PV systems, which generate more than a third of Germany's green electricity, already rely on opti.node. And this is where you come in: We are looking for you as a Senior Python Developer (f/m/d), full-time or part-time as soon as possible. We look forward to getting to know you!
Your tasks
• You will help shape the entire software development process - from requirements analysis, implementation and testing to deployment
• You plan and design the technical implementation of new features for our products
• You ensure high quality and thus satisfied customers with your implementations, code reviews and creative solutions
• You act as a consultant for the development team and the product owner Technical contact person (f/m/d) for technical questions
• You like to pass on your knowledge and enable your colleagues to solve new challenges

What you should bring with you
• You have at least 8 years of experience in software development, of which at least 5 years in the area of web applications
• You have very good programming knowledge and an excellent technical understanding - knowledge of our tech stack is very desirable, this one includes, among others:
• Django
• Litestar
• Redis
• Postgresql
• You have a very good understanding of software architectures
• Ideally, you also have knowledge of DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes) and managed clouds (Azure, AWS ...)
• You are interested in learning about current trends and (state-of-the-art) technologies on the to stay up to date and further develop your knowledge in these areas
• You speak German fluently (our company language) and writing technical documents in English is no problem for you
