We're hiring a Senior Staff Engineer to lead a new three-person
squad building product categories that don't exist at tem yet:
deep integration into Rosso, pricing capability, and deal-risk
tooling. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role, not
people management. You design, build, and review the hardest
parts of the system yourself, in Python, alongside the squad. The stack is production-grade Python throughout: services built
on AWS Lambda and API Gateway, state and events handled with
DynamoDB and EventBridge, all wired together as event-driven
architecture. You will write Python daily, both for new product
integrations and for the pricing and risk logic that sits behind
them. Compensation: GBP 117,850 (or local equivalent) plus equity.
