You will join a specialized team that works on the integration of our workforce planning solution within myProtime. Together you will continue to build an automatic calculation and optimization layer that translates complex planning rules into workable and efficient personnel planning for thousands of users. We work according to an agile mindset, with short feedback loops and a strong focus on quickly delivering value to our customers.
Specifically: -
You develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Python. -
You contribute to the further development of our calculation and optimization engine for workforce planning. -
You translate complex business rules and planning constraints into scalable technical solutions. -
You analyze complex functional and technical issues and optimize algorithms for performant and efficient planning results. -
