Description: As part of a direct placement, we are looking for a software architect for embedded systems (m/f/d) for an international technology company in Ulm. You design the architecture of complex embedded systems and accompany their implementation from the requirements to technical implementation. As a software architect for embedded systems (m/f/d), you will take on a central technical role and support development teams with sophisticated software solutions.
The present position is to be filled as part of direct placement/as part of personnel placement.
Software architect for embedded systems (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
• Conception and further development of software architectures for complex embedded systems
• Analysis and definition of technical requirements as well as support of them Implementation
• Technical support for the development teams in architectural decisions and software design
• Development of sophisticated functions with C/C++ and Python
• Carrying out architecture and code reviews as well as further development of technical standards
Your qualifications:
• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in the software architecture of embedded systems
• In-depth knowledge of C/C++, Python and object-oriented software architectures
• Practical knowledge in hardware-related development and embedded Linux, ideally with Yocto and driver development
• Analytical and solution-oriented way of working, assertiveness and willingness to undergo security checks according to SÜG (Ü2)
