What you should bring with you
• Whether junior, mid-level or senior: We are looking for reinforcements at all levels of experience. Relevant professional experience is a clear plus!
• You have a well-completed degree in computer science or a related MINT subject.
• You have practical experience in web development - from initial solid projects to years of senior expertise.
• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails is ideal. Alternatively, you have in-depth experience with comparable frameworks (e.g. Django, Laravel, Spring) and are interested in switching tech stacks.
• You have a basic understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• You also have initial contact with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• You enjoy using AI tools and are curious to actively shape this technology instead of just to watch.
• You enjoy working in a team, get involved openly and communicate confidently in German, at least at C1 level.
