About the position:

We are looking for someone to work as an IT Business Analyst, focusing on the management, evolution and optimization of corporate processes integrated with the Senior ERP.

The person will be responsible for connecting the needs of business areas to technological solutions, actively participating in project management, process analysis, gathering requirements, monitoring developments and implementing improvements.

We are looking for someone with analytical vision, execution capacity, autonomy and results orientation, who is also interested in applying Artificial Intelligence and automation to accelerate the development of solutions and increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a connection point between business areas, IT team and Senior ERP suppliers.
• Collect, analyze and document functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in the management of ERP implementation, integration, improvements and evolution projects.
• Develop schedules, monitor deliveries, risks, dependencies and action plans.
• Map business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
• Monitoring developments, integrations, approval tests and deployment in production.
• Support ERP support, including incident analysis and root cause identification.
• Develop SQL queries and data analysis to support diagnoses and decisions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
• Ensure documentation, quality and traceability of deliveries.

Requirements:

• Availability to work in person in the Bom Retiro region - SP.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or ERP Functional Analyst.
• Knowledge of Senior ERP, preferably in the business management line.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and functional documentation.
• Knowledge in project management, including planning, schedules, monitoring of activities and risk management.
• Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with integrations between systems, APIs and corporate processes.
• Ability to interact with different business areas and suppliers.
• Organized, proactive, analytical profile and oriented towards completing deliveries.

Differences:

• Knowledge of programming assisted by Artificial Intelligence, using tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar to support code generation, analysis, review and optimization.
• Practical experience in development or automation using languages such as Python, JavaScript or others.
• Knowledge of the LSP language and Senior ERP development tools.
• Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project or similar.
• Knowledge in Power BI and construction of management indicators.
• Experience in digital transformation projects, process automation and application of AI in the corporate environment.
• Experience in companies in the industrial, retail or distribution segments.
