Your activities as CSixer

• Excellent communication skills with technical and executive audiences;
• Be able to influence technical and architectural decisions consistently;

• Manage to translate business challenges into sustainable technical solutions;
• Have experience in high availability environments and critical operating situations;
• Be comfortable participating in support rosters and leading actions during high severity incidents.

Requirements and experience

• Solid experience in Software Engineering, SRE, DevOps or related areas;
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes in production environments;
• Knowledge in Service Mesh, Autoscaling, Network Policies and troubleshooting distributed workloads;
• Mastery of observability tools, including metrics, logs and distributed traces;
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk or equivalent solutions;
• Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices using tools such as ArgoCD and GitHub Actions;
• Knowledge of distributed systems architecture, microservices and resilience patterns;
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python, Java or equivalent);
• Advanced knowledge of SRE principles, including:
• Service Level Objectives (SLO); Service Level Indicators (SLI); Error Budgets; Toil Reduction; Capacity Planning; Incident Management;
• Differentials:
• Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents and operational automation based on Artificial Intelligence.
• Knowledge of AIOps and MLOps;
• Contributions to open source projects related to Kubernetes, observability or AI.
• Certifications such as: CKA or CKAD; AWS Solutions Architect; AWS DevOps Engineer; Terraform Associate;
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization;
• Participation as a speaker in technical events or production of specialized content.
