To strengthen our Data Team, we are not looking for a traditional backroom engineer, but a pragmatic bridge builder. Someone who writes tight Python and SQL code, but is only really satisfied when the business understands and uses the data insights. About the team
In the Data Team you work with your colleagues Kyle, Aleksandrs and Stijn on a solid foundation for everything related to data. From clear dashboards for customers to building the 'Ultimate Spend Companion', where AI is playing an increasingly important role. It is a close-knit team that often collaborates with other departments. You are given the freedom and responsibility to independently tackle projects from A to Z, your technical input weighs heavily and there is plenty of room for your own initiative.
You are the link between the abstract customer question, the raw data and the technical solution. Where one person gets stuck in communication or in code, you bring worlds together. At your level you oversee the bigger picture and take the lead in the following matters: -
Connection & Problem Analysis: You understand the information requests from customers or colleagues. You understand the question behind the question and know how to translate it flawlessly into workable technical solutions. -
Developing services: You build and maintain robust, scalable applications and make sound architectural choices. -
Puzzling with data: Should a new data pipeline be built to our platform? You oversee the data flows and build robust models....
