The mission:

Through the internship, you will have the opportunity to put your skills into practice, learn from experts, and contribute to concrete and impactful.

Being a consultant means participating in projects which respond to both technical issues and business-oriented issues, and which concern varied sectors of activity (luxury, retail, banking/insurance, industry, etc.).

Our missions combine a technical and operational dimension allowing you to deepen your knowledge on innovative topics. You will work across the entire data life cycle in order to develop and bring to life our clients' strategic data applications. During your projects you will be required to work on the following elements: Collection, Integration, Structuring, Restitution.

• You will participate in the identification / investigation of source data and the implementation tools / power connector (ETL / ELT),

• You will be responsible for structuring the data model as well as transforming the source data into key performance indicators (KPI),

• You will use monitoring techniques and analysis tools / dataviz to meet the needs of business teams.

• You will develop your programming skills, combined with your proactivity, to industrialize and generalize the necessary analyses.

Here are some concrete examples of recent internships:

• Retail: Implementation of ELT pipelines with DBT on a Snowflake platform to harmonize the data, then reconstruction of the dashboards on Tableau with the new ones sources.

• Luxe: Development of dashboards for monitoring the performance of ML models with dataviz tools (e.g.: Looker and Grafana), based on logs generated via Airflow.

• Energy industry: Refactoring of ETL code to use more efficient techniques (e.g. parallelization, SQL optimization), and implementation of unit and integration tests to guarantee data reliability.

• Assurance / Bank: Optimization and maintenance of an ETL linked to a claims solvency report

Lab’ AVISIA:

In addition to our missions, we carry out various internal projects which fuel our research and development. These projects give us the opportunity to offer our clients innovative analytical approaches, tested on a full-scale basis.

In order to support these initiatives, we have set up our own infrastructures. Our consultants thus benefit from the most recent resources and the latest solutions on the market for their learning, including "early adopter" versions to test before their general availability. established a solid internal policy in terms of CSR, we wanted to put our skills at the service of sustainable development-oriented projects. Skills:

You are in your final year of data training at university or college and have the following skills:

• Knowledge of main principles on the data life cycle (Collection, Ingestion, Storage, DataViz...)

• Good knowledge of SQL and Python,

• Notions on technology platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake or Databricks.

• Little extra: Knowledge of a software solution in the ETL/ELT market (DBT, Airflow, Talend) for data processing and analysis (Ex: BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) or reporting implementation (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, SAS Visual Analytics, etc.).
