The mission:

Through the internship, you will have the opportunity to put your skills into practice, to learn from experts, and to contribute to concrete and impactful projects.

Being a consultant means participating in projects that respond to both technical issues and business-oriented issues which concern various sectors of activity (luxury, retail, banking/insurance, industry, etc.). 

Our missions combine a technical and operational dimension allowing you to deepen your knowledge on innovative subjects. You will work across the entire data life cycle in order to develop and bring to life our clients' strategic data applications. During your projects you will be required to work on the following elements:

• You will participate in the framing of customer needs and in the reflection on the methodologies and architectures to be implemented to provide answers using Data and AI,

• You will identify, integrate and structure data (sources, ETL/ELT connectors, modeling) to transform raw data into actionable and reliable,

• You will carry out in-depth analyzes and design models (statistics, machine learning, AI algorithms, agentic) to address complex issues (customer behavior, predictive, optimization),

• You will highlight your results and industrialize your solutions, by creating restitution tools for business teams and applying best programming practices,

• You will demonstrate a strong appetite for the AI ecosystem, by staying on top of innovations, experimenting with new uses and developing AI bricks/solutions as soon as the subject lends itself to it.

Depending on your appetite and desires, a predominantly technical or business subject will be entrusted to you.

Below are examples of subjects:

• Optimization of order preparation in-store with a constrained optimization algorithm,

• Use of the Gen AIto extract information from PDF documents and generate synonyms to improve document searches,

• Implementation of a score churn based on e-commerce site navigation data,

• Identify storesseasonal in terms of turnover, in order to adjust weekly budgets and optimize campaign targeting marketing,

• Development of a dashboard dedicated to the Management Control department of a large ready-to-wear group in order to analyze every month the profile of customers who contributed to turnover,

• Development of conversational agents (LLM) to query sales data and set up use cases IA.

Lab’ AVISIA:

In addition to our missions, we lead various internal projects that feed into our research and development. These projects give us the opportunity to offer our clients innovative analytical approaches, tested on a full-scale basis.

In order to support these initiatives, we have set up our own infrastructures. Our consultants thus benefit from the most recent resources and the latest solutions on the market for their learning, including "early adopter" versions to test before their general availability. style="color:#121317">Having implemented a solid internal CSR policy, we wanted to put our skills at the service of sustainable development-oriented projects. A dedicated initiative was born:AVISIA Impact.

This initiative is our response to making a direct contribution (via our projects) and indirectly (via the training of our teams) in the challenges of sustainable transformation. We want to facilitate the emergence of future actors of transformation and accelerate the pace of change.

Skills:

You are in your final year of data training at university or college and have the following skills:

• Very good knowledge of SQL and Python,

• Good knowledge of the main machine learning algorithms,

• Ability to explain concepts complex in a simple and educational way,

• Good knowledge of generative AI tools (Gemini, chatGPT...) and assisted development (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code...) to optimize daily efficiency,

• Little plus: You have knowledge of cloud technologies (Ex: Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, Snowflake...) and/or a software solution from the data processing and analysis market (Ex: Dataiku, Databricks...)
