📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Group Communication Department and accompanied by a Communication referent as well as a Tech referent, you will join a team which wishes to modernize its internal tools and explores the opportunities offered by generative AI to meet business needs.

For several months, the team has been developing and testing various internal tools using rapid prototyping approaches assisted by AI: management dashboards, event registration platforms, business assistants and even project monitoring tools.

Your mission will be to help evolve these first prototypes towards more robust, long-lasting solutions integrated into the Veepee ecosystem. You will work at the crossroads of business, product and technical issues, with a direct impact on the daily lives of the teams.

🎯 MISSIONS

Your main mission will be to move these projects from the prototype stage to that of robust products, integrated into Veepee's standards and technical ecosystem.

Consolidation: Take the prototypes developed by the Communication team to make the code clean, stable and maintainable.

Integration: Work hand in hand with the Tech team to adapt these tools to Veepee's constraints and systems.

AI functionalities: Test and integrate AI bricks (LLM API, automation) to meet the business needs of the Communication team.

Documentation: Write the minimum technical documentation to facilitate the resumption of projects.

👉FRAME & ENVIRONMENT

You will be attached to the Communication team while benefiting from double tutoring:

A Com referent for business vision and project monitoring.

A Tech mentor to guide you on development best practices, code review and deployment at Veepee.

👉 PRE-REQUISITES

Training in development / IT Bac+5, in engineering school, university or equivalent, with initial coding experience (personal, academic projects, previous internships)

Mastery of a backend language (Python, Node.js...) and frontend concepts (React, Vue...).

Good command of the basics of web development (backend and/or frontend).

Marked curiosity for AI tools (manipulation of OpenAI/Claude type APIs, scripts, etc.).

Comfortable with Git.

Spirit of initiative, desire to learn from a Tech team and interpersonal skills.

Fluent professional English (minimum B2 level).

Experience with tools like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Firebase, Supabase or similar technologies is a plus.
